AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING AND EXTINGUISHING ALL OF A PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENT AND A PORTION OF AN ALLEY LOCATED RESPECTIVELY IN THE S.G. JENNINGS SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 844, COOK CHILDREN'S MEDICAL CENTER AND BLOCK 8, GRANDVIEW ADDITION, ADDITIONS TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, AS RECORDED IN COUNTY CLERK'S DOCUMENT NO. D220060987 AND VOLUME 63, PAGE 29, REAL PROPERTY RECORDS, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, AND RESPECTIVELY CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 3,248 SQUARE FEET OR 0.074 AND 562 SQURE FEET OR 0.012 ACRES OF LAND; PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. 1. That all of a public access easement situated in the S.G. Overton Survey, Abstract No. 844, located in the Cook Children's Medical Center Addition, an addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, as recorded in County Clerk's Document No. D220060987, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and containing approximately 3,248 square feet or 0.074 acres of land, and as more specifically described in Exhibits "A -public access easement", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and the same is vacated, abandoned and extinguished. 2. That a portion of a ten foot wide alley situated in the S.G. Overton Survey, Abstract No. 844, located in Block 8, Grandview Addition, an addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, as recorded in County Clerk's Volume 63, Page 29, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and containing VA-20-010 and VA-20-015 PAE & Alley Ordinance No. Page 1 of 2 approximately 562 square feet or 0.012 acres of land, and as more specifically described in Exhibits "A —public alley right-of-way easement", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and the same is vacated, abandoned and extinguished. SECTION 2. That the easements to the land in the above -described vacated public access easement and public alley right of way are hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law. SECTION 3. That all existing utility easements shall be retained by the City until such time all utilities located in that easement are relocated at the owner's expense. repealed. SECTION 4.
