It is further agreed the mobile home located within the Temporary Construction Easement will be relocated during the term of Grantee's use and will be replaced upon completion of the construction. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described Easement Property, together with, all and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto in anyway belonging unto Grantee, and Grantee's successors and assigns until the completion of construction and acceptance by Grantee. Grantor hereby bind themselves, their heirs, successors, and assigns, to warrant and defend, all and singular, said easement unto Grantee, its successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same, or any part thereof.
