RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the City Council ratify conveyance of an easement and right-of-way to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC,
being approximately 0.0146 acres, for electrical equipment and appurtenances to service future parking garages at the southwest corner of West
7th Street and Van Cliburn Way owned by the Central City Local Government Corporation.
DISCUSSION:
The City of Fort Worth granted Oncor Electric Company, LLC an easement and right of way necessary to provide electric service to future parking
garages at the southwest corner of West 7th Street and Van Cliburn Way owned by the Central City Local Government Corporation as referenced
in Mayor & Council Communication (M&C) 21-0142, which was approved by City Council on March 2, 2021. This M&C shall ratify the conveyance
of said easement and right-of-way.
