INVOCATION - Council Member Brian Byrd The invocation was provided by Council Member Brian Byrd. M&C 21-0304 (ALL) Adopt Attached Ordinance Amending Chapter 22, "Motor Vehicles and Traffic," Article XII, "Reserved," of the Fort Worth City Code, by Adding Sections 22-361, 22-362, 22-363, and 22-364, Related to Street Racing and Reckless Driving Exhibitions by Prohibiting Spectators and Persons from Aiding in the Preparation of those Illegal Events Mr. Bob Willoughby, P.O. PUBLIC PRESENTATIONS - The City Council may not discuss or deliberate about a topic not specifically listed on the Agenda, including those presented during the Public Comments section of the Agenda (Tex. Gov't Code § 551.042) 1. 21-1351 Public Presentation Mr. Donnell Ballard, 2620 Merrit Street #B, appeared before Council via conference call relative to the Fort Worth Police Department. Mr. Bob Willoughby, 617 Fay Boulevard, completed a Public Presentation card relative to the City Council, the Star -Telegram, the Police Officers' Association, and the FDA and was recognized by Mayor Price but was not present in the Council Chamber. Mr. Jim DeLong, 8704 Granite Court, appeared before Council and expressed his thanks for the City's leadership. Ms. Beverly Sims, 6935 Craig Street, appeared before Council relative to plans for reconstructing Craig Street. Mayor Price requested that Ms. Sims meet with Assistant City Manager Dana Burghdoff after the meeting.
