Also, during heavy rains Bonds Ranch near highway 287 is frequently closed due to insufficient drainage. We moved to Dorado Ranch in the summer of 2019. While the traffic is already congested, it is manageable. An influx of new apartment residents would make traffic absolutely unbearable.
