We already, by default, have a Port -a -Toilet business next door to this request location and it has ruined our property values. If that property gets re -zone as Commercial I, for sure the Toilet place will buy that property expand u For W Aaainst u Undecided There is no place for industrial businesses in a residential neighborhood.
