Gonzales, Acting City Secretary With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Parker called the City Council Work Session of the Fort Worth City Council to order 3:05 p.m. on Tuesday, August 24, 2021, in the City Council Chamber of the Fort Worth City Hall, 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas. 1. Report of the City Manager - David Cooke, City Manager a. Changes to the City Council Agenda David provided an explanation of the resolution on the tax rate, agenda item 21-1650, and the process that is required before adoption by the City Council. b. Upcoming and Recent Events David called on Mark McAvoy, Planning and Data Analytics, who introduced two new Assistant Directors, Eric Fladager and Cayce Lay.
