DISCUSSION: The private drainage facility easement was not dedicated by the plat of the Risinger Court Addition and is needed to service the Risinger Court Addition. This Mayor and Council Communication (M&C) will authorize the conveyance of the private drainage facility easement to Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, LLC (Lennar). Lennar will be responsible for the construction and ongoing maintenance of the private drainage facility easement on City fee -owned property. GRANTOR LEGAL DESCRIPTION IACREAGE City of Fort J.H. Duncan Survey, Abstract No. 398, Tarrant 0.519 Worth County, Texas, Being a Portion of a 15.341- Acres acre tract in the City of Fort Worth The subject property is located in COUNCIL DISTRICT 6. A Form 1295 is not required because: This M&C does not request approval of a contract with a business entity.
