Since 1999, the City of Fort Worth (City) has leased space on its radio tower, located at 4100 Columbus Trail (leased premises), to allow for the

In 2018, the City and T-Mobile executed an amendment to City Secretary Contract Number 47335 which allowed T-Mobile to install additional
antenna equipment on the leased premises (First Amendment).
Now, T-Mobile has requested additional use of the leased premises to allow for backup electrical services through access to the City's electricity
generator. Granting this request provides for an additional annual license fee of $300.00. T-Mobile shall also pay to the City a one-time fee in the

There are no costs to the City associated with this initiative. All site improvements and enhancements are at the sole expense of T-Mobile.
The Columbus Trail Radio Tower is located in COUNCIL DISTRICT 6.
