IN BLOCK 37., ALL IN RIVERSIDE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TARRANT COUNTY., TEXAS; BE VACATED,, ABANDONED AND CLOSED; PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF THE FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERZ4ITH; AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDI- NANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELYo - BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 16 That that portion of Alvord Avenue,, that portion of E. 4th Street and the alley hereinafter described be and the same are hereby closed, abandoned and permanently vacated as streets, alleys or public thorough- fares of any kind or character whatever: That portion of Alvord Avenue from the north line of Gal- vez Avenue to the southerly line of the Rock Island Rail- road right of way, That portion of E. 4th Street from the east line of Alvord Avenue to the west line of Bluegrove Avenue* Co The alley in Block 37., Riverside Addition to the City of Fort Worth., Tarrant County, Texas, SECTION 20 That the fee to all of the aforesaid land is hereby released and will revert to the adjacent owners as provided by law. SECTION 30 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealedo SECTION 40 That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and ef- feet from and after the date of its passage.
