SECTION 1.
That all of the following described lots, tracts and parcels of
1-and be and the same are hereby vacated, closed and permanently abandoned
as streets, alleys or public thoroughfares:
All of North Houston Street lying between the south
line of North Second Street and the south line of North
Fourth Street.
All of North Third Stre =et lying between the west
line of North Houston Street and the west line of North
Main Street and betw,aan the east line of North plain
Street and the east line of the A. Gouhenant Survey,
also being the southeast corner. of Block 7, Worth Fort
1;orth Addition to the City of Fort Worth and the north-
east corner of Block 33, North Fort Worth Addition to
the City of Fort Worth.
All of North Commerce Street between the south line
of North Fourth Street and the east line of the A. Gou-
henant Survey, being the southeast corner of Block 3 and
the southwest corner of Block 3 -, North Fort Worth Addi-
tion to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas.
The westerly continuation of North Second Street
(now closed).
The northerly extension of Bridge Street, the de-
scription of which is more partic7.ilarly described as

Beginning at a stake in the most easterly west
line and 530 feet south 30 degrees east from the

Thence south 60 degrees west with a north

with a north line of said Texas Electric Service

Thence in a southeasterly direction with a

pany Fort Worth Plant Site, 82 -8 /10 feet;
Thence in a southwesterly direction with a
nest line of Texas Electric Service Company
Fort Worth Plant Site at 71 -4/10 feet, a re-
entrant corner of said plant site, in all 101
feet to the north bank of the Trinity River;
Thence in a westerly direction with the
north bank of the Trinity River, 60 feet;
Thence in a northeasterly direction 30 feet
to a point in a north Tina of said Texas Elec-
tric Service Company Fort ?forth Plant Site;
Thence north 63 degrees west with a north
line of said Texas Electric Service Company
Fort Worth Plant Site, 140 -2/10 feet to an
iron pin which is the most southerly south -
wect corner of a 28 -16 /100 acre tract of land
out of the A. Couhenant Survey, which is more
particularly described in that certain deed
as recorded in Vol. 28, page 127, Deed Record~
of Tarrant County, Texas;
Thence north 44 degrees 27 minutes east with
the south line of said 28- 16/100 acre tract,
350 -7 /1C feet;
Thence north 60 degrees east 30 feet to a
;point in the most easterly west line of said
Texas Electric Service Corlpany Fort Worth Plant
Site;
Thence south 30 degrees east udth said line
80 feet to the place of beginning.

A portion of Rhodes Street, being largely beneath
tie Trinity River Levee in the north Fort Worth Addition
to the City of Fort Worth, and passing from an alley be-
ing the north boundary of Block 200 of said addition
southerly beneath said .levee to the northeast line of

A portion of Cecil Street, being, between the right
of way of the St. Louis Southwestern Raili-ray and Blocks

That the fee to all of the aforesaid lots, tracts and parcels

That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and
eff�_ct from and after the date of its passage, and it is so ordained.
