ORDINANCE NO.
WHEREAS, 'it appeNaring to the City Council of the City of or Worth
that the alley between Lot 1, Block 3, Hemphill Heights Addition, and the
G. C. & S. F. R. R. right of way, from Page Street to t',he north line of 'the
east-west alley in said Block 3, has never been used by the public and that
it is to the best interest of the public that said alley be closed, abandoned
and vacated as a public thoroughfare and the fee to the land in said alley re-
vert as provided by law'; NOW,, THEREFORE,,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
SECTIOU 2.
That the fee to the land in said alley above de,,scri,1,,)ed is hereby re-
leased and will revert to the owners as provided by law, save and except that
easements are retained for ai"iNyr or a,11 existiq,,j, ti.tilitJLes.
SEC"171(,')N 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict berewith are
Baer eby repealed.
SECTION 4.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage.
