RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the City Council amend M&C C-11940, approved on

DISCUSSION:
On October 17, 1989, the City Council approved M&C C-11940 to award a con-
tract for water and sanitary sewer improvements to Pecan Valley Golf Course.
Part of this project includes an Interlocal Agreement with the Benbrook Water
and Sewer Authority (BWSA) for the amount of construction in Benbrook plus
7-1/2% for inspection and administration . An error was made on the above
mentioned M&C, using a 7% figure instead of 7-112%. The amount of the Inter-
local Agreement should read $15,120 for construction, $1,134 for inspection
and administration, for a total of $16 ,254. The Interlocal Agreement will
also provide that BWSA will not execute its contract with the general
contractor until payment has been made to BWSA.
