CITY COUNCIL WORKSESSION MEETING

With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Parker called the City
Council Work Session of the Fort Worth City Council to order at 2:50 p.m. on Tuesday,
November 2, 2021, in the City Council Chamber of the Fort Worth City Hall, 200 Texas
Street, Fort Worth, Texas.
1. Report of the City Manager -David Cooke, City Manager
a. Changes to the City Council Agenda
b. Upcoming and Recent Events
City Manager Cooke advised:
Next Tuesday, November 9, 2021, the Council meeting will be at 6:00 p.m. and
include the Zoning Hearing. He added there would be no Work Session.
In celebration of Municipal Court Week, food trucks will be available on 10th Street
until Friday.

City Manager Cooke called on Dianna Giordano, Human Resources Director, who
recognized several departments and staff on behalf of the Texas Municipal Human
Resources Association (TMHRA) for the 2021 Innovation Award for the
computer-based Police Trainee Exam administered in 2020.

City Manager Cooke advised that this presentation would be rescheduled to the
November 16, 2021, Work Session.

All Council Districts - Staff provide public-facing guide for zoning designations.
Council Member Flores - Staff provide update on block camera gunshot

Council Member Crain - Fire Department process to notify Council Members of
emergency events in their District.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor Parker adjourned the meeting at 4:34 p.m.
