Section 551.071, CONSULTATION WITH ATTORNEY 3 u E To seek the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation, settlement N offers, or any matter in which the duty of the attorney to the City Council under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Texas Open Meetings Act. [Tex. Govt. Code §551.071]: o� a. Legal issues concerning Mary's Creek discharge permit status; and, o� b. Legal issues related to First Amendment rights of City employees U CITY MANAGER v 1. Section 551.072, DELIBERATIONS REGARDING REAL PROPERTY io Deliberate the purchase, sale, lease or value of real property where deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the City in negotiations g with a third party. _� 2. Section 551.087, DELIBERATIONS REGARDING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT r W NEGOTIATIONS Deliberate the commercial or financial information or the offer of a financial or other ar incentive to a business prospect. o C. Section 551.074, PERSONNEL MATTERS Deliberate the appointment of an interim City a9 Attorney as authorized by Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code. �E D. Section 551.074, PERSONNEL MATTERS Deliberate the appointment of an interim City Auditor as authorized by Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code. E. Section 551.074, PERSONNEL MATTERS Deliberate the evaluation of the City Manager as authorized by Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code. F. The City Council may reconvene in open session in the City Council Conference Room and act on any item listed on the Executive Session Agenda in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code G. Adjourn Members of the City Council may be participating remotely in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act and the Council Rules of Procedure.
