CALL TO ORDER
With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Parker called the City
Council Regular Session of the Fort Worth City Council to order 10:11 a.m. on Tuesday,
September 28, 2021, in the City Council Chamber of the Fort Worth City Hall, 200 Texas
Street, Fort Worth, Texas.
