DISCUSSION: The purpose of this Mayor and Council Communication is to authorize the conveyance of a sanitary control easement by the City of Fort Worth to the City of Sansom Park. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) requires certain land use restrictions on land within 150 feet of Sansom Park's water well. In order to comply with TCEQ regulations and requirements, the City of Sansom Park has requested that the City of Fort Worth memorialize the land use restrictions required by TCEQ through the sanitary control easement. The sanitary control easement is located within the right-of-way of Roberts Cutoff Road near 5909 Ridge Lane, Fort Worth, Texas 76114.
