The project was advertised in the Fort Worth Star-Telie,g,ram on November 1, 2012 and November 8, W 2012, and the following bids were opened on November 29, 2012: Bidder Bid Amount Durable Specialties, Inc. $378,000.00 Independent Utility Construction $429,996.95 Staff has reviewed the bids and determined the unit price are consistent with other recent bid submittals for similar size and type of projects.
