Home My WebLink AboutContract 56364-A1 CSC No.56364-A1 AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 56364 LETTER OF AGREEMENT This Amendment is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth (hereafter "City"), a home rule municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas, with its principal place of business at 1000 Throckmorton Street, Fort Worth, Texas, and Cowtown Concessions,Inc. (hereafter"Consultant"), an individual. WHEREAS, the parties have previously entered into City of Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 56364 (the "Contract''), which was executed on September 24, 2021; and WHEREAS, the Contract involves professional services for assistance in preparation of the City's Fiscal Year("FY") 2021 and FY 2022 Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports; and WHEREAS,the original term of the Contract expires on January 31, 2022; and WHEREAS, the City and Cowtown Concessions, Inc. now wish to amend the Contract to replace the current Event Price Quote for a new Event Price Quote. NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant, acting herein by the through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement to amend the contract: 1. The current Addendum reflects an Event Price of Thirty-Two Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Eight Dollars ($32,138.00) and will be replaced with a new Event Price Quote of Thirty-Four Thousand One Hundred Two Dollars and 70/100, ($34,102.70). Details on Event Price Quote will be attached as seen in Exhibit A. 2. All other provisions of the Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
