The growth and economic values of our city are of great importance to the citizens of the community but not by way of rezoning this area. Many of our residents' concerns about the proposed land use are the environmental and economic impact this may have. This rezoning will bring about environmental hazards (water and air), increased noise and additional traffic congestion. This change clearly violates the guiding principles of the Lake Worth Vision Plan to "Develop Model Sustainable Communities in the Lake Worth Area that create desirable places to live and work while enhancing livability of existing communities". We feel this also violates the stated "Quality of Place" initiative outlined in the city's 2020 comprehensive plan. Their concerns are that the proposed change would bring an element of development that isn't consistent with the LWVP adopted by the City of Fort Worth in 2011. ❑ I will attend It Call Subject: [Preserving Historic Handley Representing Organization: HNA ❑ Handouts ❑ Group Representative ❑ I will attend FI Call Subject: [Trash Pickup in Neighborhood Representing Organization: ❑ Handouts 0 Group Representative Public Tyler DeLuca Presentation Public Jen Sarduy Larry Johnson Public Presentation Public Presentation District 8 James Smith 9 I will attend ❑ Call Subject: [Citizens Presentations Representing Organization: ❑ Handouts ❑ Group Representative It I will attend ❑ Call Subject: Upcoming Rodeo + City Response to Crisis Representing Organization: ❑ Handouts ❑ Group Representative W I will attend ❑ Call Subject: [Street Repair; Bad Weather and Trash Pickup Representing Organization: ❑ Handouts ❑ Group Representative Mf I will attend ❑ Call Subiect: [Transparency Accountability Restoration Representing Organization: ❑ Handouts ❑ Group Representative
