This proposed development is in our backyard of our house. The
developer has assured us that our privacy and foundation
concerns will be addressed during development, but it seems
that the blanket rezoning from duplex to townhouse will allow
for more density in this area, without any limitation.

Good Afternoon, My husband, Daniel Santos, and I are kindly
asking for the zoning change of our lot to be approved for
residential zoning. We believe that a brand new house would be
more suitable for this lot as well as this residential area. This lot
is too small for a commercial building.
