The applicant and owners met with us on a weekly basis until we came to a general consensus on what the neighborhood wanted to see at those lots. They were very cooperative and listened to our concerns. They even provided us with the attached visual of the proposed townhomes to send to our neighborhood. The Neighborhood unanimously voted to support this Zoning Change.We are very grateful for the cooperation from Darin Norman and the Panther City Holding LLC owners and hope that you will also support their Zoning Change.
