DESCRIPTION OF ALLEY FOR PROPOSED VACATION
SITUATED in the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, and being a portion of that certain 20 foot wide public
alley in BLOCK 184, M. G. ELLIS ADDITION, as shown on plat thereof recorded in Volume 63, Page 19, of the
Tarrant County Plat Records, and said portion being more fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of said alley, said point being also the southeast corner of Lot 22, in said
Block 184, and being in the north line of N.E. 2011 Street (60 feet wide at this point);
THENCE North with the west line of said alley and with the the east line of said Lot 22 and Lot 21 in said Block
184, 100.0 feet to the common east corner of said Lot 21 and Lot 20 in said Block 184;
THENCE East across said alley, 20.0 feet to the common west corner of Lots 2 and 3, in said Block 184, in the
east line of said alley;
