Authorize execution of an engineering agreement with Gresham Smith in the amount of $318,160.00, for Water and Sanitary Sewer Replacement, Contract 2020, WSM-M project; and 2. Adopt the attached appropriation ordinance increasing estimated receipts and appropriations in the Water and Sewer Capital Projects Fund in the amount of $479,599.00, transferred from available funds within the Water and Sewer Fund, for the purpose of funding the Water and Sanitary Sewer Replacement, Contract 2020, WSM-M project (City Project No. 103413). This project will have no impact on the Water Department's operating budget when completed. The sewer component of the project is part of the Water Department's Sanitary Sewer Overflow Initiative Program. Business Equity: Gresham Smith is in compliance with the City's Business Equity Ordinance by committing to 26 percent MWBE participation on this project. The City's Business Equity goal on this project is 10 percent. The project is located in COUNCIL DISTRICTS 8. FISCAL INFORMATION / CERTIFICATION: The Director of Finance certifies that funds are currently available in the Water and Sewer Fund, and upon approval of the above recommendation and adoption of the attached appropriation ordinance, funds will be available in the W&S Capital Projects Fund for the W&SS REPL Contract 2020 WSM-M project to support the approval of the above recommendations and execution of the engineering agreement.
