I am not against the housing, I would just like larger lots for the
area. Similar to the 2-5 acres in Fossil creek estates and Van
Zandt. Our area is surrounded by trains and flood planes and 2
lane roads. The traffic is horrible. Don't approve more homes
until we have the infrastructure in place.

Before we grow with more houses we MUST in prove the roads
along Bonds Ranch and Wagley-Robertson. Flooding and traffic
are a major problem in this area and additional population along
with construction is only adding to our problems.

u ror m Against u unaeciaea
Very dangerous amount of cement trucks, semi's, rock haulers,
speeding way out of control in front of grade school on wagley
roberts. absolutely NO police to support this dangerous road.
Construction has to be scheduled reasonably until infra catches
up. This is becoming WORST place to live!!!
u ror M Against u unaeciaea
Area is a mess. Roads have not been built to support the traffic
already here. Extremely dangerous exiting our neighborhood and
trying to turn off Wagley Roberts to Bonds Ranch. Flooding is a
major issue also. NO NEW DEVELOPMENT until you fix the
roads and flooding.
r-, J=.., r-n
ror M, Against L--, unaeciaea
Please do not add any more houses till the roads have been
updated. Bomds Ranch road is a nightmare. Cars lined up past
Wagley Robertson going east in the middle of the day. Huge
delays. More houses will just add more cars and even longer
waits. Please widen roads before adding houses.
r-, fl-- r-,
u ror M Against u unaeciaea
I oppose the zoning change, because the infrastructure is not in
place to handle the additional traffic. Bonds Ranch road is the
primary corridor for the proposed area and the residential and
commercial development in this corridor has already created a
traffic nightmare in this area.

The density in this area has been a concern for 15 years. The
addition of another housing development is reckless. Where is
the government in providing safety, sanity and quality of life for
current residents?

We don't need more houses until the roads can handle it. Traffic
is already a nightmare and the roads are not in good condition.
r-, r-,

Councilman Firestone, Unless the developer and the city expand
the infrastructure including Wagley Robertson road this must
NOT be approved. Traffic is already high on a two lane country
road. The city allows more construction but doesn't expand the
roads. AGAINST
u ror M Against u unaeciaea
I am not opposed to housing, just would like to make lot sizes
2-5 acres consistent with Van Zandt and Fossil creek estates.
This area is already congested, on top of Wagley flood zone and
in between rail tracks. We can't handle more houses until
infrastructure is improved.
r-1 r- . r-1
ror «, Against L-i unaeciaea
While adding further homes to this area is cause for concern, the
current infrastructure raises greater alarm. We have seen
persistent problems with traffic congestion, road flooding,
growing train traffic and a lack of simple local amenities such as
convenience stores or restaurants.

I am the representative for the owner/applicant (FWISD)- the
requested change to 'CF' zoning matches the use of the property
and allows the school to proceed with application to the board
of adjustment for a special exception to allow for a digital
marquee. Thank you kindly for your consideration.
