CALL TO ORDER
With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Parker called the City
Council Public Comment Meeting of the Fort Worth City Council to order 6:03 p.m. on
Tuesday, January 4, 2022, in the City Council Chamber of the Fort Worth City Hall, 200
Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas.

Mr. Dan Haase, 1670 Watson Road West, appeared before Council relative to East
Lancaster Avenue and provided pictures.
Ms. Gloria William-Jenkins, 912 East Baltamore Avenue, appeared before Council
relative to road racing on Baltamore all the way to New York.
Mr. Bob Willoughby, 617 Fay Boulevard, appeared before Council relative to the
City Council and elections.
Ms. Kelly Bushway, representing North Fort Worth, Fossil Creek Homeowners'
Association, 10348 Creels Hollow Lane, appeared before Council relative to
Transportation Impact Fees.
Ms. Sherry Huckaby, 317 Emerald Creels Drive, appeared before Council via
conference call relative to infrastructure improvement projects to add to the May
Bond Election and provided pictures.
Mr. Russell Fuller, representing the North Fort Worth Alliance, 5317 Alta Loma
Drive, appeared before Council via conference call relative to the 2022 Bond
proposal.
Mr. Thomas Torlincasi, 1515 6th Avenue, appeared before Council relative to
work life balance and City Council meetings and public hearing conduct.
Mr. James Smith, 1208 East Allen Avenue, appeared before Council relative to the
lingering effects of trauma, consequences and a lack of trust.
Ms. Angelina Razo, 2508 Dell Street, completed a Public Presentation card via
conference call relative to Council presentations and was recognized by Mayor
Parker but could not be reached by phone.

There being no further business, Mayor Parker adjourned the meeting at 6:27 p.m.
