AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND EXTINGUISHING PORTIONS OF
AN ALLEY AND TWO OPEN SPACE EASEMENTS LOCATED IN
BLOCK 13, FRISCO HEIGHTS ADDITION AND PART OF BLOCKS 1
AND 2, PROSPECT HEIGHTS ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF FORT WORTH, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS AS RECORDED
IN VOLUME 204A, PAGE 96, VOLUME 63, PAGE 59, AND CABINET B,
SLIDE 647 RESPECTIVELY OF THE DEED RECORDS OF TARRANT
COUNTY, TEXAS; CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 5,623 SQUARE
FEET OF LAND; PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID
LAND; THE RETAINMENT OF EXISTING UTILITY EASEMENTS;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT WORTH,TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
THAT the following alley and public open space easements described below:
1. Being that portion of an 10-foot wide alley located in Block 13, Frisco Heights
Addition, an addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County Texas as
recorded in Volume 204A, Page 96 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County,
Texas, and Lot 2R, Block 2, Prospect Heights, Addition, an addition to the
City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, as recorded in Cabinet B, Slide
647 of the Deed records of Tarrant County, Texas, Lot 2, Block 1, Prospect
Heights Addition, an addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County
Texas, as recorded in Volume 63, Page 59 of the Deed Records of Tarrant
County, Texas, containing 5,310 square feet of land more or less;
2. Being a 20 foot x 20 foot public open space easement being in the southeast
corner of Lot 2R, Block 2, Prospect Heights Addition, an addition to the City
of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas as recorded in Cabinet B, Slide 647 of
the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, containing 200 square feet of
land more or less;
3. Being a 15 foot x 1.5 foot public open space easement located in Lot 2R, Block
2, Prospect Heights Addition, an addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant
County, Texas, as recorded in Cabinet B, Slide 647 of the Deed Records of
Ordinance No. 20670-03-2013

Tarrant County, Texas, containing 113 square feet of land more or less;
and as more specifically described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto and
incorporated herein, by reference be and the same are vacated and extinguished.
SECTION 2.
That the fee to the lands in the above-described vacated alleys and streets are hereby
released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law.
SECTION 3.
That all existing utility easements shall be retained by the City until such time all utilities
located in the easements are relocated at the owner's expense.
SECTION 4.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5.
That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption.

BEING the 10ft wide alley in Block 13 Frisco Heights Addition, Fort Worth,
Tarrant County, Texas and as shown by recorded in Volume 204A, Page 96 of
the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas and that portion defined by use
adjacent to the remainder of Lot 2, Block 1 Prospect Heights Addition on the
west, as shown by plat recorded in Volume 63, Page 59 of the Deed Records of
Tarrant County, Texas, and Lot 2R, Block 2 Prospect Heights Addition as
shown by plat recorded in Cabinet B, Slide 647 of the Deed Records of Tarrant
County, Texas, said 10ft wide alley extends from the north right-of way of West
Lowden Street, northerly 53 1.00ft to the south right-of-way of West Cantey
Street and containing 5,310 square feet of land.
20ft x 20ft PUBLIC OPEN SPACE EASEMENT
BEING the 20 ft x 20 ft Public Open Space Easement being in the southeast
corner of Lot 2R, Block 2, Prospect Heights Addition as shown by plat recorded
in Cabinet B, Slide 647 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas and
containing 200 square feet of land.
15ft x 15ft PUBLIC OPEN SPACE EASEMENT
BEING a 15ft xl5ft Public Open Space Easement being in the southwest comer
of Lot 2R, Block 2 Prospect Heights Addition as shown by plat recorded in
Cabinet B, Slide 647 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas and
containing 113 square feet of land.
