Home My WebLink AboutContract 53499-A3 CSC No.53499-A3 AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO CITY OF FORT WORTH CONTRACT CSC No. 53499 This Amendment is made and entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth (hereafter "City") and Tarrant County Samaritan Housing (hereafter"Agency"), a Texas nonprofit corporation. City and Agency may be referred to individually as a"Party" and jointly as "the Parties". WHEREAS,on February 4,2020,the Parties entered into City Secretary Contract 53499 to provide the City with hosted software for enrollment,qualification, administration and reporting for Neighborhood Services' grants and programs ("Agreement/Contract"); WHEREAS, on February 5, 2022,the Parties entered into the Agreement for its second renewal term ending February 4, 2023;, and WHEREAS, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to revise the licensing fee structure pursuant to M&C 22-0115.
