HomeMy WebLinkAboutContract 56761-A1 CSC456761-Al STATE OF TEXAS § § KNOWN ALL BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF TARRANT § FIRST AMENDMENT TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 56761 This First Amendment is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth, Texas, a home-rule municipality located within Tarrant County Texas, ("City") acting through Valerie Washington, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and Enercon Services, Inc., an Oklahoma corporation ("Contractor"), acting through Jeff Lask, its duly authorized Vice-President. WHEREAS, the City and Enercon Services, Inc. have entered into that certain agreement identified as City Secretary Contract No. 56761 (also the "Contract") commencing on December 2, 2021, for services involving environmental engineering and consultant services, and; WHEREAS the City and Enercon Services, Inc. now wish to amend the Contract to add additional services; and WHEREAS, the City and Enercon Services, Inc. agree that all other conditions, terms, and pricing shall remain the same as stated in City Secretary Contract No. 56761; NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged and confessed, the parties hereto agree as follows: 1. Additional required services: City Secretary Contract No. 56761 is amended to include the following additional required items for completion of the original services: • Feasibility study and engineering review for site specific aquatic litter collection devices for installation and usage at various sites in Fort Worth, and; • Developing an Environmental Protection Fee (EPF) model for the City of Fort Worth to potentially increase the EPF in order to be consistent with city environmental goals and best practices. 2. Compensation Not to Exceed Amount: Additional compensation shall not exceed Thirty-Three Thousand, Five-Hundred Dollars and 00/100($33,500.00)for the additional services provided under this amendment, billable according to the compensation schedule of City Secretary Contract No. 56761 and subject to all other terms and conditions as stated in City Secretary Contract No. 56761. Total compensation for the entirety of this Contract shall not exceed $167,500.00 per year. 3. Miscellaneous: All other definitions, terms, and conditions of City Secretary Contract No. 56761 shall remain unchanged except as expressly set forth herein.
