CALL TO ORDER
With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Parker called the City
Council Public Comment Meeting of the Fort Worth City Council to order at 6:03 p.m.
on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, in the City Council Chamber of the Fort Worth City Hall, 200
Texas Street,Fort Worth, Texas.
INVOCATION-Rabbi Dov Mandel, Chabad Lubavitch of Fort Worth
The invocation was provided by Rabbi Dov Mandel, Chabad Lubavitch of Fort Worth.
PLEDGES OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE
OF TEXAS -(State of Texas Pledge: "Honor the Texas flag; I pledge allegiance
to thee, Texas, one state under God, one and indivisible.")
The Pledges of Allegiances to the United States of America and the State of Texas were
recited.

CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
Motion: Council Member Crain made a motion, seconded by Council Member Beck, that
the minutes of the Public Comment and Redistricting meeting of March 22, 2022,
and the minutes of the Regular meeting of March 29, 2022, be approved. Motion
passed 6-0, Mayor Pro tem Bivens and Council Members Moon and Williams
absent.

PUBLIC COMMENTS
22-1964 Public Comments
Mr. Jim DeLong, 8704 Granite Court, appeared before Council via conference call
and expressed appreciation to Council for their work during the redistricting
process.
Mr. Bob Willoughby, 617 Fay Boulevard, appeared before Council relative to the
City Council, Code Compliance, redistricting, and elections.
Mr. Johnathan Guadian, 3325 Martin Street, appeared before Council relative to the
Glen Park neighborhood bus stop project. Mayor Parker directed Mr. Guadian to
meet with Mr. William Johnson, Transportation and Public Works Department;
after the meeting.
Mr. Robert Ford, representing the Tarrant County College South Campus, 5301
Campus Drive -SETC, appeared before Council relative to the bus shelter
community project
Mr. Thomas Torlincasi, 1515 6th Avenue, appeared before Council relative to
alleged criminal offenses by Fort Worth police officers.
Mr. George Chiles, 74, 2901 Travis Avenue, appeared before Council relative to
payment for the Police Officers' Association president.

Ms. Sadie Murray, 6520 Westrock Drive, appeared before Council relative to the
Glen Park bus project.
Mr. Andre McEwing, representing the Tarrant Transit Alliance, appeared before
Council relative to the Glen Park bus stop.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor Parker adjourned the meeting at 6:30 p.m.
