AMENDMENT NO. 2
TO
CITY OF FORT WORTH CONTRACT NO. 56194
This Amendment is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth (hereafter
'Buyer"), a home rule municipality, with its principal place of business at 200 Texas Street,Fort
Worth, Texas, and World Wide Technology, LLC ("Vendor"), Buyer and Vendor may be
referred to individually as a Party and collectively as the Parties.
WHEREAS, the Parties entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City
Secretary Contract No. 56194 beginning August 19, 2021 ("Agreement/Contract");
WHEREAS,the Parties amended the Agreement on March 3,2022 via CSC No. 56194-
A1 to include additional scope of work described as Nexus 7702 OTV MDS Deployment, replace
compensation language and align the contract expiration date.
WHEREAS,the Parties wish to amend the agreement to process Change Order Number
1, which includes hardware changes and two additional days of support at an additional cost of
$4,698.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties, acting herein by the through their duly authorized
representatives, enter into the following agreement:

AMENDMENTS
1. The Agreement is hereby amended by adding Exhibit C-2, attached to this First
Amendment, as additional items to Exhibit C of the Agreement.
2. Total payment made under the agreement is hereby increased by an additional
$4,698.00, for a new total not to exceed contract amount of$6,938,698.00.

ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall
remain in full force and effect.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be
an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile copy
or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be treated as and shall
have the same effect as anoriginal.

Project Change Order Form
City of Fort Worth hereby requests that WWT change the scope of work to be performed under the current terms of the
statement of work Nexus 7702 OTV MDS Deployment SOW v1.1 dated March 04, 2022, as outlined below. WWT will
estimate all applicable fees associated with the change request and communicate them to the contact listed below via
email within one(1)week. This change order will become effective once agreed upon and signed by both City of Fort
Worth and WWT.
In reference to the change control section in the above-referenced SOW between City of Fort Worth and WWT, both
parties hereby certify, by the signature of authorized representatives, that this Change Order will amend and be fully
incorporated into the existing SOW. Pricing reflected in this Change Order is valid for thirty(30)days from April 8,2022.
