and Friends Of Tandy Hills Natural rya Inc. ("FOTHNA"), a "

"'HEREAS,1 the C1'I' Dens 160 acres of pr operty known as the Tandy Hills Park and
Natural Area, and
WHEREAS, Fo THNA supports the conservation and rr anagerne t of the Tandy Hills
Pak and Natural Area, and
WHEREAS, F01'HNA sponsors events throughout the year to raise awareness of and
funds for the Tandy Hills "ark and Natural .area, and
WHEREAS �
the City and F �HNA are parties to a Support Organization Agreement, the.
same being City Secretary Contract No. 401077 t "Contract"), ursua, t to whit OT:HN .
provides support of the Tandy Hills Park a nd Nat ural.Area, and
WHEREAS, the: Contract provided an initial two year period with two, two-year renewal
options; and
WHEREAS, the Brat renewal term expire ire o . March 31 2013,, and
WHEREAS,, City and FOTHNA wish to continue in their rela,tion ship by exercising the
second renewal option.
NOW THEREFORE, the City and O T"1:1NA agree to renew and extend the Agreement
as follows,.
By execution of' this Second Renewal, the CITY and FOTHNA agree to renew and
extend City Secretary Contract No. 400,77 for a Second Renewal 'Fern of two 2 years,
beginning, April 1, 2013 and ending March 311, 2015. All terns and provisions of City
Secretary Contract No. 40077 shall remai n in fuil force and effect during the Second
Renewal Terri unless specifically am creirt.
