SECTION 9.
That any persmi violating any of the prov Lsiorn of Uhis ordinance
shall he deemnd quilty of a mis&meanm: and each such person shat he
deemed guilty of a separate offense for each day or portion thereof durinq
which c'iriy violation of any of Me prmdshins of Lhis ordariance is
connitted, continued on permitted, and each vi,a:la't,ion shall be punishable
by a fine not to exceed Two Hundred Dollars ($�,�00,oa) .
SECTION 10.
That this ordinance shall he in full force and effect from and after
Lhe date of its passaqe and publication as requLred by law, and it is so
ordained.

Amendment to Speed Zone Ordinance

TT�AEyatLa-hed proposed ordinance amends the City of Fort Worth speed zone
ordinance by making certain additions and deletions recommended by the Trans-
poLLaLion Department. Those amendments are necessary in order to i n�'lude
changes in the speed limits for which a need has occurred since the LasP-
ot'dinan,,-e was passed.
Recommendation
it is reommended that the proposed ordinance he adopted.
