Worth according to the plat recorded in Volume 310, Page 47, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas, said
tract of land being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the west line of a 15.00' public alley as shown on said Mattisons Addition to Hi
Mount and being the northeast corner of Lot 16 of said Block 1, Mattisons Addition to Hi Mount;
THENCE North 89'56'03" East, crossing said 15.00' public alley, a distance of 15.00 feet to a point in the
east line of said 15.00' public alley and being the northwest corner of Lot 21 of said Block 1, Mattisons
