AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT THE FOLLOWING ALLEYS IN HANDLEY ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, BE ABAN- DONED, VACATED AND CLOSED. THE EAST-WEST ALLEY BETWEEN LOTS 1, 2 AND 3, BLOCK 19, AND LOT 1, BLOCK 31; THE :BAST-WEST ALLEY BETWEEN LOTS 1 THROUGH 12, BLOCK 20, LOT 1, BLOCK 29, AND LOT 1, BLOCK 30; AND THE NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY BETWEEN LOTS 1 THROUGH 4, BLOCK 29, AND LOTS 1 THROUGH 6, BLOCK 30; PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF THE 114TEREST OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH IN SAID LAND? RE- PEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PPDVID319G AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the following alleys in Handley addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, 'Texas, be and the same are hereby vacated, closed and permanently abandoned as alleys or public thoroughfares of any kind or character whatever: The east-west alley a width of approximately 25 feet and a length of 150 feet between Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 19, and Lot 1, Block 31; The east-west alley a width of 25 feet and a length of approximately 295 feet between Lots 1 through 12, Block 20, Lot 1, Block 29, and Lot 1, Bloch 30; and The north-south alley a width of 20 feet and a length of approximately 210 feet between Lots 1 through 4, Block 29, and Lots 1 through 6, Block 30. SECTION 2. That the interest of the City of Fort Worth in the fee to the land in said alleys is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner of the fee as provided by law. 5E CT ION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con- flict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage. APPROVED AS TO FORM AND LEGA ITY- Ci y Attorney
