I. Call to Order
With a quorum of the Board Members present, President Firestone called the meeting to order
for the Board of Directors of the Fort Worth Central City Local Government Corporation at
12:04 p.m. on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, in the City Council Conference Room, Room 2020
of the Fort Worth Municipal Building, 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas.
II. Written Reports
A. Financial Report through November 2021
The report was for informational purposes only.
III.Action Items
A. Approval of November 30, 2021,Meeting Minutes
Motion was made by Director Parker and seconded by Director Bivens to approve the minutes
of the November 30, 2021, meeting of the Central City Local Government Corporation. Motion
passed 6-0 (Directors Moon, Williams, Beck and Brooks absent).

B. Authorize a Resolution to Update Signatory Authority on Central City Local
Government Corporation Bank Accounts with Pinnacle Bank- Robert Sturns, Economic
Development Director
Mr. Robert Sturns, Economic Development Director, provided a staff report.
Motion was made by Director Crain and seconded by Vice President Nettles to approve
Resolution No. FWCCLGC-2022-01, to Update Signatory Authority on Central City Local
Government Corporation Bank Accounts with Pinnacle Bank. Motion passed 7-0 (Directors
Moon, Beck and Brooks absent).
C. Authorize a Resolution to Update Authorized Signatories on the Central City Local
Government Corporation Chase Bank Operating Account — Robert Sturns, Economic
Development Director
Mr. Robert Sturns, Economic Development Director, provided a staff report.
Motion was made by Director Crain and seconded by Director Williams to approve Resolution
No. FWCCLGC-2022-02, to Update Authorized Signatories on the Central City Local
Government Corporation Chase Bank Operating Account. Motion passed 8-0 (Directors Moon
and Brooks absent).

There was no Executive Session.
V. Future Agenda Items
There were no requests for future agenda items.
VI. Adjourn
With no further business before the Board, President Firestone adjourned the regular session of
the Central City Local Government Corporation at 12:09 p.m. on Tuesday, January 25, 2022.
