Rosemount Transmitter Hi Sagar, As we discussed, please - check on the Correct PCM no. (3 or 4?) for this Rosemount Transmitter. The #4 referenced in earlier emails was Landmark's internal numbering system which will be different than ours. This is PCM #3. - also send me the PCM/CMR and RFI log and/or you can put it on Buzzsaw. We have had only 2 PCMs (not counting above), 2 COs, and 10 RFIs so far. I can create a log sheet similar to that of our submittal and RFI logs (most regularly updated) and update buzzsaw as needed. Will have to go through the previous PCMs to fill in the necessary fields. Will post when updated. - Since you have already prepared the recommendation letter for this PCM, you can send me. However for future PCMs/CMRs, an email would be just fine too. I am big fan of the KISS (Keep it simple & short) Principle. BTW, I will give you my approval for a given PCM/CMR as an email. Per your instructions we will send you emails approving PCMs here on in. - I have also attached CO2; including the paper work for the PCM 01- Tri County Electric power extension charge. Landmarl< submitted this proposal on February 19, 2014 with the intentions of council consideration during the next session. The duration on the proposal submitted on February 19, 2014 was based off the communicated intention that this worlc would be available to begin following the next council meeting. As we discussed during the negotiation portions of the proposal, the timeline of this work is going to directly affect the critical path of this project. Due to the monetary and risk magnitude of this worl< in relation to the contract, Landmarlc does not feel comfortable in proceeding until final approval is submitted. With the assumption that this proposal will be introduced and approved during the next City of Fort Worth Council Meeting on April 1, 2014, Landmarlc formally requests the addition of 15 Calendar Days added to both the Substantial and Final Completion dates submitted on the proposal. If approval is not released by April 3, 2014, Landmark reserves the right to again re-evaluate the impacted construction duration.
