INVOCATION - Bishop Donald "DD" Hayes, G.I.F.T. Ministries The invocation was provided by Bishop Donald "DD" Hayes, G.LF.T. Ministries. PLEDGES OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF TEXAS - (State of Texas Pledge: "Honor the Texas flag; I pledge allegiance to thee, Texas, one state under God, one and indivisible.") The Pledges of Allegiances to the United States of America and the State of Texas were recited. Ms. Laila Talley, 6908 Wicks Trail, appeared before Council via conference call relative to SMART water meters. Mr. Paul Millender, representing the South Hemphill Heights Neighborhood Association, 3121 Lipscomb Street, appeared before Council via conference call relative to 1011 and 1003 West Shaw issues. Mr. Jim Vreeland, Fort Worth, appeared before Council relative to Carleton and Western Avenue and home sales. Ms. Jordan Ross, 3358 Roddy Drive, completed a Public Comment card via conference call relative to short term rentals was unable to be reached by phone. Mr. Ramiro Lopez, 1704 Oakland Boulevard, appeared before Council via conference call to support short term rentals. Ms. Kristin Walker, 201 North Long Rifle Drive, appeared before Council relative to a boarding house located at 10229 Long Rifle Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76108. Ms. Angela McKiney, 5908 Bonnell Avenue, appeared before Council relative to loud music and the noise ordinance. The following individuals appeared before Council relative to short term rentals: Ms. Beverly Sims, 6939 Craig Street Mr. James Sims, 6935 Craig Street Mr. Bob Willoughby, 617 Fay Boulevard, appeared before Council relative to the general comments. Mr. Philip Nedford, 6309 Rebeca Lane, Watauga, Texas, appeared before Council against the gun buy back program. The following individuals appeared before Council in support of short term rentals: Ms. Marsha Wright, representing West Side Alliance, 1605 Ashland Ms. Carolyn Meier, 849 Hunters Glen Trail Mr. Russell Fuller, representing North Fort Worth Alliance, 5317 Alta Loma Drive Mr. Michael Moore, representing Historic Stop Six Neighborhood, 1412 Lindsey Street Mr. Tony Perez, representing Chisholm Ridge Homeowners Association, 8500 Cactus Patch Way, completed a Public Comment in support of short term rentals and was recognized by Mayor Parker but did not wish to address Council. The following individuals appeared before Council relative to short term rentals: Ms. Shannon Ross, 3116 Milam Street Ms. Pam Hudson, 4600 Inwood Road Mr. David Mendes, representing Northwest Fort Worth Neighborhood Alliance, 6016 Red Drum Drive Ms. Lauren Brady, representing Fort Worth Short Term Rental Alliance, 4206 Foxborough Ms. Cindy Boling, representing Central Meadowbrook Neighborhood Association, 4717 Norma Street, completed a Public Comment card relative to short term rentals and was recognized by Mayor Parker but did not wish to address Council. Ms. Christine Torres, 3329 College Avenue, appeared before Council relative to 1003 and 1013 West Shaw. Ms. Margaret Kolyvas, representing Fort Worth Short Term Rental Alliance, 3301 Browning Court East, appeared before Council relative to short term rentals. Ms. Emily Braun, 1001 West Shaw Street, appeared before Council relative to 1011 and 1003 West Shaw Street issues. The following individuals appeared before Council relative to short term rentals: Mr. Casey Hansen, 9417 Goldenview Drive Ms. Carol Peters, representing United Neighborhoods of Fort Worth, 4013 Scenery Hill Court Mr. George Chiles, 74, 2901 Travis Avenue, appeared before Council relative to Mayor Parker's opinion of the rule of law. Ms. Joyce Torres, 3228 Lipscomb Street, appeared before Council relative to 1011 and 1003 West Shaw issues.
