Executive Session—The City Council may conduct a closed meeting as authorized by (i) Section 551.071
of the Texas Government Code to seek the advice of its attorneys on legal issues regarding any matter
listed on this agenda, (ii) Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the purchase, sale,
lease or value of real property where deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on
the position of the City in negotiations with a third party,or(iii)Section 551.087 of the Texas Government
Code to deliberate the commercial or financial information or the offer of a financial or other incentive
to a business prospect.
ADJOURNMENT
The location identified on this agenda is the location at which the presiding officer will be physically
present and presiding over the meeting.Members of the City Council may be participating remotely
in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act and Council Rules of Procedure.
