Home My WebLink AboutContract 44165-A7 CSC No. 44165-A7 AMENDMENT No. 7 TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT No. 44165 WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth (CITY) and Bridgefarmer & Associates, Inc. , (ENGINEER) made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 44165, (the CONTRACT) which was administratively authorized on the 1st day of February, 2013 in the amount of $39,300. 00; and WHEREAS, the CONTRACT was subsequently revised by: Amendment Number 1 in the amount of $393, 767 . 65 which was authorized by M&C C-26422 on September 10, 2013; Amendment Number 2 in the amount of $131, 637 . 20 which was authorized by M&C C-26846 on July 22, 2014; Amendment Number 3 in the amount of $39, 740 . 00 which was administratively authorized on August 8, 2014; Amendment Number 4 in the amount of $478, 620 . 00 which was authorized by M&C C-28035 on December 13, 2016; Amendment Number 5 in the amount of $82, 436 . 60 which was administratively authorized on March 3, 2020; Amendment Number 6 in the amount of $29, 320 . 00 which was authorized by M&C 21-0849 on November 9, 2021 . WHEREAS, the CONTRACT involves engineering services for the following project: Parker Henderson Road Construction from Mansfield Highway to Martin Street (CPN C01419) ; and WHEREAS, it has become necessary to execute Amendment No. 7 to the CONTRACT to include an increased scope of work and revised fee. NOW THEREFORE, CITY and ENGINEER, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement, which amends the CONTRACT: 1 . Article I of the CONTRACT is amended to include the additional engineering services specified in proposal attached hereto and incorporated herein. The cost to City for the additional design services to be performed by Engineer totals $1 ,010 .00. (See Attached Funding Breakdown Sheet, Page -4-) 2 .
