The subject easement, acquired by dedication, is neither open nos improved, and contains no public facilities in the portion requested to be vacated. City departments and private utility companies have reviewed this request and have no objections. The City Plan Commission has reviewed this request and recommends that an ordinance be adopted vacating the subject easement as requested. Recommendation It is recommended that an ordinance be adopted vacating the subjlect easement as recommended by the City Plan Commission.
