EXTENSION OF VEHICLE USE AGREEMENT The National Insurance Crime Bureau ("NICB") and the City of Fort Worth ("Fort Worth") entered into a Vehicle Usage Agreement (Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 41644 dated March 18, 2011) ("Original Agreement") in which NICB leased to Fort Worth the vehicle fisted below for the purpose of investigation of insurance-related crime and/or fraud. Year: Make: Model: ION: WHEREAS, the terms of the Original Agreement were one year, effective the date the vehicle was delivered into the custody of the Fort Worth Police Department. WHEREAS, NICB and Fort Worth wish to renew the Original Agreement for an additional one (1) year/two (2) year period from 07/09/2014 to 07/09/2016, NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual agreements set forth in the Original Agreement, other goad and valuable consideration, and the conditions and agreements set forth below, the parties agree as follows. 1. The parties agree that the Original Agreement shall be renewed for a one (1) year/two (2) year period renewal period from 07/09/2014 to 07/09/201& 2.
