SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD DURING THE CITY
COUNCIL MEETING BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM, TUESDAY,
SEPTEMBER 27, 2022, IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBER OF THE
CITY OF FORT WORTH, 200 TEXAS STREET, FORT WORTH,
TEXAS, TO CONSIDER AMENDMENTS TO THE FORT WORTH
TRANSPORTATION LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS, TRANSPORTATION
IMPROVEMENTS PLAN, AND CONTINUED IMPOSITION OF
TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEES
WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 395 of the Texas Local Government Code, a public
hearing is required to consider amendments to the Land Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plan
and the associated impact fees for transportation facilities; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth commissioned the City of Fort Worth Transportation
Impact Fee Study, which was completed in July 2022, to update the City's Land Use Assumptions,
Transportation Improvement Plan, and imposition of impact fees.for transportation facilities, all of
which are available on the transportation impact fee website at:
https://www.fortworthtexas.gov/impact-fees/transportation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
A public hearing will be held during the regular called City Council meeting, scheduled to begin
at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 in the City Council Chamber of the City of Fort Worth,
200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas, for the purpose of discussing the proposed ordinance adopting the.
updated Land Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plan, and imposition of impact fees for
transportation facilities.
Any member of the public may appear at the public hearing and present evidence for or against
the approval of the Land Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plan amendments and continued
imposition of impact fees for transportation facilities.
