SECTION 1.
It shall hereafter be unlal.,Iful for the driver or any passenger
of any vehicle involved in a collision of any kind resulting in damage
to person or property on the public streets, alleys , highways or public
-places of the City of Fort '.",'orth to leave the scene of such collision
until aft-'r the arrival there of police of-ficers of the City of Fort
'.'7orth.
SECTIOIN 2.
It 3ha"t-1 hereafter be unla%%rful for any person to move or cause
to be movec], a vehicle involved in a collision of any kind resulting
in damage to person or property on tn,-- public streets., alleys , high%,,Iays
and public places of the City of Fort ',;':ort'1n after said collision and
before police officers of the City of Fort 77orth have arrived at the
scene and made inve ion.
the City of Fort 'forth within twenty-four (214) hours after the occur-
rence of said collision.
There the driver of a vehicle is physically incapable of making
a required collision report and there was another occupant in the
vehicle at the time of the collision capable of making a report , such
occupant shall make or cause to be made said report.
SECTIOV 4.
This ordinance shall be and is hereby declared to be cumulative
of all other ordinances of the City of Fort Y'lorth affecting traffic
on its streets and shall not operate to repeal or affect any such
ordinance or ordinances except in so far as the provisions of such
ordinance or ordinances are inconsistent or in conflict with the
provisions of this ordinance , in which instance or instances those
provisions shall be and they are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5.
Should any section, article , provision or part of this ordinance
be declared to be unconstitutional and void by a court of competent
jurisdiction, such decision shall in no way affect the validity of
any of the remaining parts of this ordinance unless the part held un-
constitutional or void is inseparhble from and indispensable to the
operation of the remaining parts. The City Council hereby declares that
it would have passed those parts of this ordinance which are valid and
omitted any parts which may be unconstitutional if it had known that
such parts were unconstitutional at the time of the passage of this

Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance
