Texas, requesting annexation of a portion of Ridgecrest Addition to the Cit; of
Fort Jorth. This tract o+' land is uei;weea U. S. Hi huay 377 and Willian, Road
and a short distance south of Benbrook Cardinal-Chaplin Road.
The tract proposed for annexation. will include 78 building sites for residences.

improvements and will pay the cost of any storm sewer construction required. The
refund to the Developer for water lines and sanitary sewer construction will not
exceed fifty percent of the cost of sane.
We recommend that the tract of land al.z dr:.scriL-- 1 by the attached metes and bounds
description, which is a portion of the Rid--.crest Addition, be annexed to the City
of Fort Worth as requested.

Dear Mr. Jones :
We understand a developer has requested the annexation of the Ridgecrest
Addition to the City of Fort Worth. We have water facilities within a
reasonable distance of the Addition proposed for annexation and,
therefore, will offer no objection to the annexation provided the
developer is required to enter into the developers contract for all water
facilities under the new plan.
I do not believe the developer has requested that the entire area now
outside of the city limits west of the State Highway # 377 and south of
the Brooks Chaplin Road be annexed. It is our suggestion that all of
this area be annexed so that the west city limits line will follow on
Williams Benbrook Road.
