IT If°"1Af N OMR BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, T. f )( S RRAR �r w SECTION 1. �� That Section 11, Article 1., of Ordinance No. 3658 of the City of Fort Worth, be amended, and after being so amended, it shall read as follows: Article 1. There is hereby created. an Electrical Board which shall consist of the Chief Electrical In- spector, an employee of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, other than the Chief Electrical Inspector, who is a registered engineer in the State of Texas, and five (5.) other members appointed by the City Manager, by and with the advice and consent of the City Council as follows: One (1) electrical engineer registered in the State of 'Texas who is not employed by the City of Fort Worth, Texas, one (1) :Olectrical Contractor who is engaged in the business of installation of electrical equipment within the Corporate City limits and who is a licensed Master Electrician,. one (1) Sign Contractor who is engaged in the business of installing electric signs within the Corporate City limits and who is a licensed Master Sign Electrician, as defined by the Ordinances of the City of Fort Worth, one (1) licensed Master Electrician as defined by the Ordinances of the City of Fort Worth, and one (1) licensed Journeyman Electrician who is actively engaged with the tools of the trade as a Journeyman Electrician in the trade within the Corporate City limits. Each member of the Board shall serve without pay until the day immediately following the next election of City Councilmen of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, unless sooner removed from office by the City Manager. SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be cumulative with all provisions of Ordinance No. 3658 of the City of Fort Worth, titled the Electrical Code, with respect to the Electrical Board except in those instances where the provisions of this ordinance are in direct conflict with the provisions of such ordinance, in which instance said conflicting provisions of such ordinance are hereby repealed.
