The Advisory, available at buyboard.com/Vendo/`Rgsou.ces.asox, provides an overview of certain legal requirements that are potentially relevant to a Cooperative member's procurement of construction or construction-related goods and services, including those for projects that may involve or require architecture, engineering or independent testing services.
