XII* WATT FUND
The Water Department shall be provided with such revenue as may be
secured from the sale of water and other sources as shown by other ordi-
nanoos heretofore passed, and such money shall be used to meet the reqairep
mants, of that department as provided in the budget of the City Manager.
XXIX. PAW
The Department of Public Parks shall be provided with funds realized
from a tax levy of 9f, on each $100.00 of assessed value of all real, per-
sona and mixed property in the City of Fort Worth not exempt from taxation
by law, and such money shall be used to most the requirements of that do-
as provided In the budget of the City *=car.
XIV* BSCMWION
The Department of Public Recreation shall, be provided with funds
realized from a tax lavy of 2# on each $100.00 of assessed value of all
real, personal and mixed property in the City of Fort, Worth not exampt ,from
taxation by law, and such money shall be used to meet the requirements of
that department as provided in the budget of the City Manager,
XV. URRM
The Public Library shall be provided with funds realized from a
tax loy of 3f, on each $100,00 of assessed value of all real,, personal and
mixod, property in the City of Fort Worth not exempt from taxation by lavp
and such money shall be used to meet the requirements of that department
as provided in the budget of the City Manager,

That the distribution and division of the above named appropriations
be made in accordance with the budget of wqMnditures submitted by the
City Manager sand as revised by the City Council in accordance with the pro-
visions of the City Charter and adopted by the City Council, and which
budget is made a pert of this ordinance by reference thereto and shall be
considered in connection with the expenditures of the above appropriation.

That the City Council of the City of Port Worth shall sit as a coca
mittee of the whole is the Council Chamber at the City Hall in the City of
Fort Worth on Wednesday, the 11th day of September, A. Do 1946# at 9:
o'clock, A. i[., to hear any complaints, suggestions or observations that any
citiamen, taxpayer or party interested may desire to make with reference to
any or all the provisions of this orditnanee,; and such committee shall anon-
tixm#,,ita,,dejUlborstions until the public has been given a'full opportunItij,
to be heard.

That following the public hearings, for whieb provision has been
made in the preceding section, this ordinance shall be published two times,
one of which publications shall;not be less than town (14) days before the
second rig and final. passage of the ounce, 'in the official newspaper
of the City of Port Worth, which newspaper is one of general circulation
in said City, together with a separate schedule setting forth the item in
the estimate of the City Manager which were omitted or changed by the City
Counoil., and the reason for such omission or change, as required by the
Charter of said City.

All ordinances and appropriations for vaiicb provision has hereto
fore been made are hereby e2qpraaely repealed if in conflict with the pro-
visions of this ordinance.
