TO LOTMLL LADE; MAKING THIS ORDINANCE Gtr ILATIVE
OF SIMILAR ORDINANCES AFFECTING STMT N
FXFEALING ,AU ORDINAN E$ IN CONFLICT H REUTE ,
AND NAMING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT FORTH,
TFXASs
SECTION 1.
That the name of Lowell Street, between Blocks 7 and 8 in
South Hills Addition:, running from Bi.lglade Road to Staples Avenue,
is hereby changed to Lowell bane,
SECTION 2.
That this ordinance shall be cumulative of all other ordinances
affecting the names of streets in the City of Fort North except in so
far as it may be in conflict with the provisions of those ordinances,
in which instance they are hereby expressly repealed.
SECTION 3.
That this ordinance shall tape effect and be in full force
and effect from and after the date of its passage.
