AN ORDINANCE Ahmno CHAPIM 25, SECTIONS 105 AND 106 OF
THE CITY CODE; LIMITING PARKING TIME ON CERTAIN STREETS.BY
P'STABLISHING METER ZONES; PROVIDING THAT SAID ORDINANCE
SHALL BE CUMULATIVE OF ALL OTHER TRAFFIC ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF FORT WORTH; PROVIDING A $200.00 PENALTY; AND PROVID-
ING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,TEXAS:
SECTION 1
That Chapter 25, Section 105, of The Code of the City of Fort Worth,
1950, establishing a meter zone limiting parking to thirty minutes on certain
streets be amended by adding the following designation:
STREET EXTENT SIDE
Weatherford From Houston Street to Commerce Street North
a
SECTION 2 _
That Chapter 25, Section 106, of The Code of the City of Fort Worth,
1950, establishing a meter zone limiting parking to one hour on certain streets
be amended by deleting the following designation:
STREET EXTENT SIDE
Weatherford Taylor Street to Main Street North
and by substituting the following designation:
STREET EXTENT SIDS
Weatherford Taylor Street to Houston Street North
SECTION 3
This ordinance shall be and is hereby declared to be cumulative of all
other ordinances of the City of Fort.Worth affecting traffic and shall not
operate to repeal or affect any such ordinance or ordinances, except insofar as
the provisions of such ordinances or ordinance are inconsistent or in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance, in which instance or instances those
provisions shall be and they are hereby repealed.
SECTION b
Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate or permit, suffer or
allow, anyone to violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty
of an offense, and, upon conviction, shall be fined not to exceed the sum of Two
Hundred Dollars ($200.00)
SECTION 5
This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from
and after the date of its passage and publication as required by law.
